ADHD and Neurodivergent Coaching

Feeling fed up, stuck or overwhelmed?

Many people who seek out coaching with me are in a place where they feel fed up, stuck, lost or overwhelmed. They find themselves struggling with daily life, work, relationships or study.

They might also be feeling that their neurodiversity is holding them back from achieving what they want in life.

The road can seem never ending, or stuck in a loop.

Waiting lists are ever growing, with some individuals now being told they may wait 7 years for an assessment for autism.

I understand the challenges this can bring up, being in a place of uncertainty for so long, unsure which direction to go in.

Experienced neurodivergent coach

If you have experienced this, or are undiagnosed but suspect you may be, you are not alone.

I offer coaching for young people and adults who have ADHD, are autistic, or seeking diagnosis.

Neurodiversity shapes how a person experiences the world, bringing gifts as well as challenges. I know first-hand the importance of talking to someone who gets it.

I can help you to realise strengths unique to you which set you apart, in the best way. I have worked with many young adults and adults who are neurodivergent in a range of roles and spaces. Developed from years of experience, my practise brings empathy, understanding, and trust building to ensure we achieve your goals.

Life coaching testimonial from a recent client

"Sophie is an excellent and resourceful life coach who has helped me through a big transitional time in my life, both with regards to me career, and my personal life.

I first sort out Sophie looking to move forward in my career. As well as walked me though rewriting my CV, she helped me gain more control over my feelings and focus on what is important to me and brings me joy. Her sessions were friendly and relaxed, while still testing my pre-established beliefs about what I could achieve both professionally and in my personal life.

Without her guidance and respectful pushing I probably wouldn’t have taken the leap and re-enter further education studying what I love. I realised I don’t have to be so constricting on what I allow myself to do and I feel my life has opened up as a result.

I was particularly struck by how the solutions she offered were so considerate to my personality and situation. I felt truly listened too and that we were working together to change my life for the better."
