Life Coaching for Young Adults
I coach young adults aged 16-26 as this life chapter can be so tricky to navigate alone or without support. I can help you figure it out, by walking alongside you, and helping to clarify the path forwards. I won't direct the way, but give you a compass, to find your path forwards.

The challenges facing young people
Being a young adult in todays world brings up many challenges. Some of these may be true for you:
-
school, "fitting in" and pressures around workload
-
stress from constant comparison with peers, influencers, others online
-
social media and always being "on" or the pressure to appear like you have your life together
-
lack of access to nurturing or safe outdoor spaces
-
higher cost of living and therefore, staying in the family home for longer than ideally may want to, leading to lack of independence
-
lack of mentors
-
choosing a career with opportunity overload
-
anxiety and social anxiety from covid lockdowns and time off from school/social settings
...the list goes on. These are just some of the challenges facing young people I have worked with over the years.

On lacking a mentor, often, young adults are missing someone in their life that they can trust to work through these challenges, side by side. My role as your coach is to help you find your path forward.

How coaching can help
Coaching has more structure than traditional talking therapy, which young adults tend to find more comfortable. I may also offer coping strategies and creative tools to help us figure out better what matters to you.

My coaching is tailored to you, and can be flexible in the approach to finding solutions.
We set goals which feel true for you, and co-adventure together along the journey. This could be helping you to build confidence, find your unique strengths, understand yourself better, set meaningful goals, and be the best version of you.

I believe all young adults can improve their lives through life coaching, taking steps into their most desired future
